Problem

Lessons learned

The real value isn't the chatbot itself — it's capturing the 97% of visitors who would otherwise leave silently. Showing actual homes with real prices builds trust instantly. And for the Dutch market, understanding how people naturally describe what they're looking for ('ruime gezinswoning met tuin') makes all the difference.
